L’intervento francese nel Mali è rilevatore di una crisi politica che si avvia alla generalizzazione nell’Africa sahariana e subsahariana, dopo le “primavere arabe” del Maghreb. “Si è mostrato il lato pericoloso dell’Arab Spring”, titola il New York Times – ed aggiunge: aveva ragione il colonello Gheddafi quando prevedeva che, caduto lui, la gente di Bin Laden sarebbe arrivata per terra e per mare, per occupare le sponde del Mediterraneo.
